Terms of sale

What you buy

A one-off payment of €7.99, including any VAT, unlocks the claim pack: step-by-step myAccount instructions, worksheets and a plan for the reliefs and tax years you pick. It is not a subscription. The pack works in the browser you paid from and, with your code, in up to three browsers. It is built in your browser, so it relies on your honest use: please do not share your code.

What it is not

The pack is a document and calculation tool. It is not tax, legal or financial advice. It does not claim anything for you, it cannot see your Revenue account, and it does not promise that you will get a refund. Revenue decides every claim. Figures are estimates from what you enter and from Revenue's published rules, which can change. Revenue's own service is free, and you can claim every relief yourself.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you can have your money back in full within 14 days of paying. This applies to the claim pack, which is a digital product. To ask, email [email protected] within 14 days of paying. Include your pack code if you still have it (it starts cs_ and is shown in the pack), and the date and amount you paid. We make the refund through Stripe, to the card or payment method you used. When a refund is made, the pack stops working for that payment.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for the claims you make to Revenue, and for any time limits that apply to you, including the four year limit on refund claims.

Limits

Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Governing law

Irish law applies.
